A Good Job Empowers the Worker
The SAK Good Job Index shows a significant deterioration in employee empowerment over the last two years. A good job allows employees to influence their own working arrangements. Several studies indicate that employee empowerment substantially improves job satisfaction and workplace productivity.
SAK uses the Good Job Index to measure the quality of life at work in Finland. Based on the findings of the SAK Working Life Barometer, this analysis is made every two years.
