Gender pay gap has narrowed in Finnish Industrial sector
Helsinki (13.07.2007 – Juhani Artto) In the fourth quarter 2006 the average wages for women in Finnish industry were 85 per cent of average wages for men. In the second quarter 2002 the corresponding figure was 80 per cent.
